2. Scope & Purpose

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Nütraia Daily mobile application ("App") and all associated services, including but not limited to:

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the App.

3. Access & Use of the App

3.1 Account Registration

Access to the App's core features requires creating a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password) and for all activity carried out under your account. Nütraia will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have not reported the incident to us.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

4.1 Available Plans

Nütraia offers the following purchasing options for Nütraia Daily Essentials:

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. Any shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

4.2 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period, charging the amount due to your saved payment method. Nütraia will give you reasonable advance notice of any price changes before they take effect.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the online store or by emailing hello@nutraia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the period already paid.

4.4 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods available on the Stripe payment platform. All payment data is processed securely and encrypted by Stripe. Nütraia does not store your card details.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Send an email to hello@nutraia.com with your name, order number and withdrawal request. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.

Once withdrawal is exercised, you must return the product in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not match your order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened or used, as they are personal hygiene and consumable goods.

6. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your statutory withdrawal right, Nütraia offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will find a solution — whether a product exchange, account credit or partial refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If a product arrives defective, damaged in transit or does not match your order, Nütraia will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge as quickly as possible.

7. Health & Supplement Disclaimer

Important notice: Nütraia products and content are intended for general wellness purposes and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results may vary from person to person. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement programme, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical treatment or have a pre-existing health condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App and on the Nütraia website — including, without limitation, design, logos, trademarks, text, images, icons, source code, algorithms and features — is the exclusive property of Nütraia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of any element of the App without the prior written consent of Nütraia is strictly prohibited. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App solely in accordance with these Terms.

9. Personal Data & Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national data protection legislation.

Nütraia acts as data controller for personal data provided during registration, App use and product purchases. Your data is used to:

Nütraia does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the App. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical improvements or force majeure events, without any resulting liability on our part.

11. Changes to These Terms

Nütraia reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication in the App or on the website. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via an in-App notice.

Your continued use of the App following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should delete your account and stop using the App.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the App or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, in accordance with the applicable rules.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also have the right to submit a complaint through the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
